Eisenberg & Associates is a Los Angeles based law firm dedicated to representing California's employees in wrongful terminations, unlawful discrimination and wage and hour violations. We are a firm of enthusiastic, experienced and aggressive trial attorneys who regularly win cases against the largest companies and largest law firms in America. Some lawyers run a "mill" and handle hundreds of cases at once without giving each client the time and attention they deserve. At Eisenberg & Associates, we treat every client with respect and dignity. We understand that a termination is difficult and stressful - especially when the reason is wrong and unfair. We invite our clients not only to call up when they want to find out some information about their case, but also to call if they just want some support or want some advice on how to find another job. And although our office has handled a lot of cases, we understand that each client has only one case and we make that case as important to us as it is to our client.
Some other lawyers call themselves "employment lawyers" when, in reality, they specialize in whatever walks through their office door: dog-bites, personal injuries, wills, collections, trusts, divorces, name changes, traffic tickets, etc.
At Eisenberg & Associates, we only handle employment disputes. We are notified daily about employment law decisions in the California Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court. We don't practice other areas of law because employment law is complex and constantly changing. In order to be successful employment lawyers, we remain focused on what we do best.
